One week · one named outcome
Everybody has one. A 360. A boardslide. Riding switch without looking like a fraud. Carving properly, both edges, all the way through. You have never said it out loud because saying it out loud would make not having it real.
Say it on Monday. We build the whole week around it.
Monday morning
Not “get better”. Not “more confident”. A specific, checkable thing: I want to ride a boardslide on the flat box without stalling. Your coach writes it down. Everything for the next seven days is reverse-engineered from that sentence.
Every trick decomposes into three or four prerequisite movements. We find which of them you already own and which one is missing — usually it is one, and usually it is not the one you assumed.
Drills on soft snow, four campers to a coach, filmed every morning and reviewed every night. Boring, specific, and the reason it works.
Rehearse the frightening half with no landing, as many times as it takes for it to stop being frightening.
You put it together on an actual feature, on soft snow, with someone filming so you have proof it happened.
The guarantee that only works because it’s specific
Ride all seven days. If by Sunday afternoon you cannot do something on a snowboard that you could not do on Monday morning — something you name yourself on day one, in writing — we refund your coaching in full. You keep the video, the drills and the week. We have never had to write that cheque, and we are not nervous about it.
This is why we make you write it down on Monday. A guarantee against “feeling more confident” is marketing. A guarantee against a named, checkable trick is a promise.

Why a week can deliver a named trick
The day-by-day plan above only works because it sits on top of five conditions you cannot assemble anywhere else at any other time of year.
Summer glacier corn is the most forgiving surface in snowboarding. Falling stops hurting, so your body stops bracing.
Four campers per coach. Your coach knows your name, your leak and your goal by Monday lunch.
Timberline's airbag lets you try the scary version twenty times with no landing consequence.
Every evening we put your footage on the screen and find the one thing to change tomorrow.
You wake up and do it again — 7 days back to back. That repetition is the part winter can never give you.
It works on people who arrive with nothing
“I was able to progress my riding, and at the same time, I felt safe because I knew I had great coaches I could trust. Morning exercises on the mountain and video feedback were super valuable… Riding Mount Hood in the summer, meeting new friends, seeing old friends, watching pros ride, and getting coached by the best is super special.”Jimmy Rivas · RN, 37, Chicago
“I was nervous about it being my first year snowboarding and possibly holding people back since I didn’t have a lot of park experience, but the coaches were great at breaking things down into stages for me to try and build my confidence and progress at a pace I was comfortable with. My riding improved so much.”Chris Rosa
